Empi was in the sixties and seventies, one of the most famous producers wheels on the VW accessory market in the USA. Volkswagen had himself Lemmerz wheel as an option could be selected, EMPI produced a similar model called Sprint Star and was originally completely of steel. An original Sprint Star is hard to find and if you found him not scared of the price, so this popular rim and reproduction on the market and has appeared in two versions.
